Creative Account Manager

About the role

WITHIN is looking for a Creative Account Manager to lead day‑to‑day client communication and deliver high‑impact creative for consumer brands. The role blends strategic account ownership with hands‑on creative production, leveraging AI tools to accelerate briefs, feedback and research.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily client communication and nurture relationships on each account.
• Own the full creative cycle – brief, feedback, revisions and delivery across static, video and UGC.
• Manage contract scope, turnaround commitments and flag scope creep early.
• Analyze creative performance with the media team and propose next tests.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and build cases with the Account Director.
• Use AI daily for briefs, feedback roll‑ups, recaps and research.
• Ensure clean project management in Asana with owners and due dates.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of account management experience with creative teams (agency or brand side).
• Consumer brand background (DTC, retail, e‑commerce), not B2B or lead‑gen.
• Proven track record shipping paid social and digital creative for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Direct client‑facing experience, not just support roles.
• Stable job history and based in Bogota, Colombia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for brief creation, feedback synthesis and research.
• Strong project‑management skills using Asana.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta, TikTok and YouTube advertising platforms.
