Digital & Media Manager

About the role

Opella is looking for a Digital & Media Manager to lead the digital and media strategy for key SOCOPAC brands, including Enterogermina, across the Latin America region. You will work closely with brand, e‑commerce, insights and agency partners to deliver data‑driven media plans that grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital and media strategies that translate brand objectives into clear media priorities across the consumer journey.
• Lead media planning and optimization across paid digital, social, video, search, programmatic and emerging channels, fostering a test‑and‑learn mindset.
• Establish and monitor media KPIs, ensuring investment delivers measurable business and brand impact.
• Act as a strategic media partner to brand teams, influencing plans to maximize consumer impact and adapting regional strategy to local markets.
• Manage relationships with media and digital agencies, setting governance, performance expectations and sharing best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media or communications, preferably in FMCG, consumer healthcare or a fast‑paced consumer environment.
• Proven experience managing media agencies and multiple stakeholders in complex, multicultural organizations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect media performance to business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
