Creative Business Strategies Manager (CBS)

About the role

The Creative Business Strategies (CBS) Manager will lead Spotify’s cultural hub in Colombia, operating Casa Spotify as a living platform where artists, creators, fans and industry partners converge. This role bridges music, podcasts, marketing, PR, advertising and operations to deliver culturally relevant experiences that reinforce Spotify’s market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Casa Spotify, ensuring it serves as a strategic cultural infrastructure in the market.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives from music, podcast, marketing, PR and ad teams, turning concepts into live experiences.
• Lead local rollout and execution of Spotify Sessions and other CBS formats.
• Maintain high‑quality operational execution, managing budgets, vendors and timelines.
• Connect cultural initiatives to broader regional growth and creator strategies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in live event production, experiential operations, project management or cultural events.
• Strong project‑management background with hands‑on production workflow experience.
• Deep understanding of the local music and creator ecosystem.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing budgets and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
