Creative Content Leader

About the role

Join L'Oréal’s International Marketing Direction (DMI) team as the Creative Content Leader for Vogue in Latin America. You will shape the global content strategy, craft compelling brand narratives, and oversee the production of iconic visual assets that resonate across all LATAM markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and development of 360° campaign concepts and creative platforms for new product launches.
• Own Vogue’s brand narrative, building emotionally resonant brand universes.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies and production partners, overseeing end‑to‑end creation of master assets such as key visuals, campaign films, and digital content.
• Guard Vogue’s creative identity, ensuring consistency, boldness, and elevation across all brand expressions.
• Collaborate with product development, market intelligence, and local market teams to align creative excellence with commercial relevance.
• Drive innovation in content formats, storytelling techniques, and creative approaches to keep Vogue at the cultural forefront.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand building, or content leadership, preferably within a top agency or in‑house for a major beauty or fashion brand.
• Proven track record of leading agency relationships and managing end‑to‑end creative production.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to inspire creative teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
