Creative Designer – Graphic Design (3-5 yrs)

About the role

Publicis Production Hub, the production house of Publicis Groupe, is looking for a Graphic Designer in Bogotá to join its multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on developing creative and visual concepts, collaborating across departments, and mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of creative and visual concepts for design projects.
• Create visually appealing and effective designs while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support the skill development of junior designers by guiding the creative process.
• Deliver assigned projects within established timelines, meeting all graphic requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.

Required profile

• Polished graphic style with strong command of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and relevant AI tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of web design, including HTML and CSS; experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
• Strong visual communication and brand conceptualization skills (composition, typography, color, etc.).
