Creative Lead

About the role

Katapix Media, an award‑winning audiovisual production, post‑production and digital marketing agency, is seeking a Creative Lead to champion creative excellence and oversee daily studio operations. You will guide multidisciplinary teams in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, turning briefs and stakeholder feedback into compelling, on‑brand deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative quality and consistency across all workstreams, ensuring outputs meet brand, campaign and platform standards.
• Translate briefs and strategic goals into clear creative direction for artists, editors, designers and other team members.
• Provide actionable feedback, solve creative challenges and maintain high standards under tight timelines.
• Act as day‑to‑day leader for the creative team, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture and supporting performance, accountability and development.
• Identify skill gaps, support hiring, onboarding and evaluation processes, and serve as escalation point for workflow issues.
• Oversee studio operations, coordinate with producers and project managers, monitor progress, flag risks early and remove blockers.
• Drive process improvements to increase clarity, efficiency and scalability across the team.
• Collaborate with production, account stakeholders and studio leadership to ensure successful execution and alignment.
• Review work at key stages to guarantee quality and adherence to creative standards.

Required profile

• Strong creative judgment combined with solid production awareness.
• Leadership maturity and operational discipline capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to balance creative ambition against practical constraints.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain alignment between creative, production and stakeholder groups.
• Experience in identifying team needs, coaching talent and supporting hiring processes.
