Creative Lead

About the role

The Creative Lead will act as deputy to the Creative Director within One Acre Fund’s Global Communications team. You will oversee the intake, delegation, and quality assurance of all creative requests, ensuring the team meets service level agreements and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct final quality reviews for Tier 2 and Tier 3 creative content, approving writing, design, photography, and video before publication.
• Manage brand guidelines, advise new affiliates, and evolve brand assets to suit market needs.
• Build, maintain, and improve the communications support request system, delegating tasks to appropriate team units.
• Lead brainstorming sessions for campaigns, brand initiatives, and cross‑purpose content planning.
• Collaborate with Internal Comms, External Comms, Digital, and Business Development teams to align content production.
• Supervise a creative team of approximately five designers and videographers, directly managing three reports and supporting their professional development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior creative role, preferably within a global or multi‑market organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a small creative team and oversee end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high brand standards.
• Excellent communication skills to provide constructive feedback and collaborate across functions.
