Creative Project Manager

About the role

WITHIN, a performance branding company, is hiring a Creative Project Manager in Bogotá, Colombia. The role develops project management skills and takes ownership of internal workflows so that clients receive high-quality deliverables. You route internal jobs through the project lifecycle, keep internal teams informed and ensure collaboration until completion. The position is fully remote or hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers)
• Keep communication, documentation and updates visible to teams
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals, capture notes and consolidate feedback
• Facilitate communication between departments such as Account, Creative, Strategy, Media and Production
• Anticipate problems and propose solutions in advance
• Oversee project planning for growing projects and manage designer and editor schedules and workflows
• Occasionally attend pitches for new business
• Eventually manage a small client while assisting a Senior PM on a larger client
• Foster collaboration among global teammates across LATAM and US hubs

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Creative or marketing coordinator background
• Fast-paced, detail-oriented, collaborative and open to feedback
• Interest in building and leading teams

Required skills

• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Nice to have: knowledge of creative development, production and marketing
