Customer Delivery Architect Cloud & AI

About the role

The Customer Delivery Architect Cloud & AI will design, implement and migrate innovative security solutions for high‑profile customers across LATAM, working closely with both internal and customer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop customized, AI‑enhanced security architectures aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Lead multi‑functional teams through architecture design, implementation and migration of multicloud solutions.
• Provide strategic technical guidance, risk analysis and mitigation plans using data‑driven insights.
• Advise customers on emerging AI trends and appropriate applications.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing, implementing and troubleshooting Cisco data‑center networks.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco ACI, Nexus Dashboard, VXLAN EVPN fabrics and NX‑OS.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, L4‑L7 service integration and network automation.
• Pre‑sales and customer‑engagement experience, fluent English communication.
