Customer Marketing Activation Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Marketing Activation Specialist you will bring customer marketing strategies to life by creating impactful activations, campaigns and commercial initiatives that drive growth and engagement. You will work closely with sales, marketing and cross‑functional teams to strengthen customer partnerships and support product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and adapt marketing plans for assigned customers based on national strategies.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to keep the customer product portfolio competitive.
• Monitor product mix and pricing trends and develop recommendations.
• Deliver sales support materials, product training sessions and co‑branded content.
• Implement online and offline customer marketing campaigns ensuring consistent execution.
• Track campaign and budget utilization metrics and flag risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing support or customer‑facing marketing role.
• Strong project coordination, organizational and communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems.
