Programmatic Manager – Global Operations Centre

About the role

As a Programmatic Manager within the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe and Asia to deliver high‑impact programmatic solutions in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with WPP Media regional teams and enforce programmatic best practices.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of programmatic work across regions.
• Act as escalation point for the team, resolving challenges and managing 2‑5 direct reports.
• Provide timely feedback, recognition and development support to team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and advanced English proficiency (B2‑C2).
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and optimizing programmatic campaigns.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience managing small teams.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Xandr and other DSP platforms.
