Customer Onboarding & Training Specialist (LATAM)

About the role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will help legal professionals across LATAM adopt Clio’s AI‑driven solutions. You will design and deliver training, support onboarding, and work closely with Customer Success, Sales and Product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and advanced training sessions in virtual and in‑person formats.
• Customize training content for the LATAM legal market and corporate customers.
• Create learning materials such as guides, videos, webinars and other resources.
• Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals and Sales to improve adoption.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adoption using HubSpot and internal tools.
• Gather feedback and share insights to refine programs and product usage.
• Support product launches with webinars and enablement sessions.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in Customer Training, Customer Success, Enablement or Corporate Training, preferably SaaS or LegalTech.
• Native or fluent Spanish and intermediate‑to‑advanced English (B2+).
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and e‑learning/LMS tools.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in Bogotá.
