Onsite Event Coordinator

About the role

At NIIT, the Training Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of corporate learning programs, ensuring smooth delivery of onsite and virtual training while managing logistics and communication with trainers and global learning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage training sessions based on client requirements.
• Coordinate between trainers, vendors, trainees, and internal teams.
• Analyze client training needs and determine required sessions per course and site.
• Act as point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors.
• Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, or cancellation.
• Organize training sessions based on trainee availability and ensure smooth execution.
• Share instructor details with site security when required.
• Communicate training session openings and updates to employees.
• Coordinate with offsite team for program updates or changes.
• Follow up on attendance and support invoicing processes.
• Ensure adherence to workflow and processes through CRM tools.
• Coordinate with training organizations, master vendors, and offsite teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in training coordination, program management, or administrative roles.
