About the role
Join TaskUs as a bilingual Customer Service Representative handling inbound and outbound calls, email, and live chat support. Deliver accurate, timely responses while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries via email and live chat.
- Maintain professional call handling based on client quality guidelines.
Required profile
- Advanced English level with strong verbal and written communication.
- Full‑time availability (48 hours per week).
- Residence in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo or Jamundí.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English communication.
