Customer Service Representative - Order-to-Cash

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Bogotá, Colombia (hybrid role). The role manages customer orders end-to-end in the Order-to-Cash process, working with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment in the food ingredients industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders through the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
• Process domestic, export and consignment orders, including order entry, confirmation, invoicing and follow-up through delivery
• Handle customer complaints, service cases and order issues, and respond to inquiries professionally and on time
• Process credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders and customer claims
• Build partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Planning, Sales, Logistics, Export, Billing and Supply Chain teams
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement in Order-to-Cash, and support internal and external audits with accurate documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Customer Service, Order Management or similar B2B environments
• Knowledge of domestic and international trade processes
• Experience managing customer orders and customer-facing activities
• Fluent written and spoken business English
• Strong communication, relationship-building and collaborative skills, with cross-cultural awareness

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP and customer order management systems
• Nice to have: experience with multinational customers, knowledge of Incoterms and international supply chain processes, and experience in process improvement initiatives
