Customer Success Engineer - Prisma Cloud / Cortex Cloud

About the role

Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) for its Prisma Cloud / Cortex Cloud offering. The role supports enterprise customers in implementing, adopting and optimizing cloud security solutions. It is highly customer-facing and calls for cloud security expertise, DevSecOps knowledge, troubleshooting skills and consulting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, supporting onboarding, adoption and optimization, and conducting workshops and enablement sessions
• Deploy, configure and optimize Prisma Cloud / Cortex Cloud environments, including integrations with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes and DevOps environments
• Configure security policies, alerts, compliance controls and integrations, and troubleshoot platform issues
• Support cloud security posture management, CI/CD security integrations and automation workflows
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, PowerShell and REST APIs, and work with Terraform, CloudFormation and ARM templates

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with network security, cloud and related technologies
• Advanced experience with containers, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure), CI/CD and container registries
• Proven track record as a trusted technical advisor who can engage C-suite clients and drive product adoption and advanced training
• Ability to turn technical requirements into actionable plans and to manage escalations, account management and documentation
• Thrives in a matrixed team; certifications such as PCNSE, PCCSE, CCNP, CCSP, CISSP are a plus
