Data Analyst

About the role

This role partners with sales and technology teams to turn business challenges into data‑driven solutions. You will join the Audience Lab team, reporting to the Director of Revenue Acceleration, and help generate custom audiences, insights, and reports for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research and recommend approaches to solve technology and business problems.
• Generate custom audiences, insights, and reports using multiple data sources.
• Design and develop processes to monitor and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Technology teams to translate business needs into actionable technical work.
• Develop dashboards with Metabase, Power BI, or similar tools for recurring reporting.
• Prioritize tasks and handle parallel requests based on business needs.
• Identify relevant data sources and propose analytical solutions.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Implement Data Services processes that support scalable, data‑driven solutions.
• Continuously explore new technologies to improve efficiency and innovation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with SQL and Python.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and PySpark.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience in dashboard development (Metabase preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with geospatial data processing and analysis.
• Experience building interactive maps in Python (Folium, Kepler.gl, etc.).
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems, especially GitHub.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, technology, and customer success teams.
