Data & Analytics Developer - Power BI

About the role

The company is looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role works in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that give clear, actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures and coordinate data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the full flow from source system to data platform, semantic model layer and Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs and technical solutions, and guide stakeholders on data visualization and analytics.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Nice to have: experience designing enterprise semantic models, setting standardized KPIs, understanding enterprise data architecture, and working in an Agile environment.

Required skills

• Power BI, including data modeling, DAX and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• SAP HANA, SAP data or SAP-based source systems.
• Data modeling, transformation and integration concepts.
• Business analysis, requirements gathering, troubleshooting and communication with non-technical audiences.
