About the role

The Data Center Operations Coordinator leads safe, reliable, and efficient operation of data center facilities, ensuring uptime, performance, and compliance for critical customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily data center operations including power, cooling, space, and environmental controls.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, incident response, and root‑cause analysis for facilities‑related events.
• Coordinate activities with infrastructure, network, storage, and platform teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor performance and track capacity planning for power, cooling, and floor space.

Required profile

• Experience managing or supporting data center or critical facilities operations.
• Hands‑on experience with power, cooling, fire suppression, and environmental monitoring systems.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams during operational events and planned activities.
• Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
