Data / Reporting Analyst (Contract)

About the role

Archie Labs is seeking a Data / Reporting Analyst to join its team on a contract basis. The role focuses on rapid design, development, and validation of dashboards and data pipelines, supporting business stakeholders across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production‑ready Omni dashboards from requirements to launch under tight timelines.
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear visual reports and self‑service assets.
• Integrate dashboards with live data sources such as Databricks, SQL warehouses, and SharePoint/M365.
• Maintain the Omni semantic layer, ensuring consistent metrics and business logic.
• Develop and run comprehensive test suites for data pipelines and dashboards, including Python/pandas validation scripts.
• Write optimized SQL for Databricks and other cloud data warehouses.
• Support data transformation logic in Databricks using Python and Spark.
• Document data flows, table definitions, and testing procedures while collaborating directly with the CIO and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building dashboards and data pipelines in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong attention to data quality, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality results quickly.
