QA Test Engineer – Manual & Tosca

About the role

As a QA Test Engineer – Manual and Tosca, you will be a key member of Rockwell Automation's Global Quality Assurance Centre of Excellence, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive quality programs, automation strategies and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute test strategies, automation frameworks and test cases for functional, regression, performance and data‑integrity testing.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure test coverage, shift‑left practices and continuous quality improvements.
• Provide training, workshops and governance to promote QA best practices across teams.
• Manage test environments, tools and data configurations to support enterprise‑wide testing efforts.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, code reviews and contribute to architectural improvements for testability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Tosca Certifications AS1 and AS2.
• 5+ years of experience in manual testing, test automation and software development.
• Hands‑on experience with manual testing and automation tools (Tosca, Selenium, UFT), test‑management tools (Jira, qTest) and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
