WindServer Administrator & C# Developer

About the role

WSP is seeking an experienced IT professional to join its global technology team as a WindServer Administrator and C# developer. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the WindServer environment while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to WindServer users, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Implement and manage code changes, server configuration updates, and on‑premises infrastructure maintenance.
• Monitor system operations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to platform scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with senior administrators and the WindServer Product Manager on architecture, enhancements, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in systems administration, application support, or infrastructure management.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Required skills

• C# (or strong proficiency in a comparable high‑level language).
• Transact‑SQL, JavaScript, TextScript, jQuery.
• Microsoft PowerShell.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2022.
• Firewall administration and computer networking.
• Synology DiskStation Manager administration.
• AWS Storage Gateway.
• Microsoft Visual Studio and source‑code/version control systems.
• Server administration, infrastructure management, and system security best practices.
