Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure, high‑performance enterprise platforms that support critical digital services and identity ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures across applications, integrations, middleware, cloud infrastructure, and security layers.
• Define architecture standards and best practices for microservices, distributed systems, event‑driven and API‑first environments.
• Design and govern integration approaches using APIs, message brokers, and event‑streaming technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ.
• Drive decisions on scalability, performance, availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery.
• Implement security‑by‑design principles, including Zero Trust, OAuth2/OIDC, encryption, and secure communication protocols.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle, from design to production deployments.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps, architecture governance processes, and long‑term platform evolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT and software engineering, with prior roles in Solution, Technical or Systems Architecture.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
