Delivery Manager

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex technical projects from inception through successful completion, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering, and business objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects, meeting timelines, quality, and budget targets.
• Drive architecture design decisions with technical teams to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Establish and enforce architecture governance standards across project deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align data software engineering initiatives with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, reporting, and status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery or architecture integrity.
• Facilitate decision‑making between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance metrics and adjust delivery strategies as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Delivery Management with a proven track record of successful project completions.
• Expertise in Architecture Design and Architecture Governance.
• Background in Data Software Engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication at B2+/C1 level.
