Designer Team Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Designer Team Coordinator to lead and oversee graphic design projects across multiple marketing initiatives. The role ensures high‑quality visual execution, maintains brand consistency, and delivers creative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the development of graphic materials for digital channels, print media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branding initiatives.
• Lead the design team by assigning tasks, monitoring project progress, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop creative concepts and visual proposals that support marketing, communication, and brand positioning strategies.
• Create and adapt graphic and audiovisual content using Adobe Creative Suite tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Retail, and Product teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
• Maintain and strengthen corporate brand guidelines across all communication channels.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the design process.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or coordinating creative teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating branding work.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
