DevOps / AppOps Engineer – Cloud Network Specialist

About the role

The Cloud Network Engineer will support the NICE Cloud Networking Team by designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining the customer‑hosted cloud network and security infrastructure. The role involves direct troubleshooting of network and security issues and requires a professional, collaborative working style.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain cloud‑hosted network and security solutions.
• Operate and administer network devices such as Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco routers, and F5 load balancers.
• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot IP networks, VPN tunnels, IPSEC, SSL and URL filtering.
• Write and maintain Terraform scripts; use Git for version control.
• Perform network and security administration tasks, including ACL, NAT, and firewall rule management.
• Support multi‑tenant production environments and ensure compliance with best‑practice WAN and Internet protocols.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing network and security infrastructure.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud networking and Palo Alto firewalls (certifications mandatory).
• Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment and handle extended periods of desk work.
