DevOps Service Manager – Cloud Services & IT Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Service Manager to coordinate infrastructure, cloud and application service delivery for Omnicom Production. The role connects business needs with technical solutions, working closely with development, cloud, networking and security teams to ensure scalable, reliable services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for infrastructure, cloud and DevOps service requests.
• Manage, prioritize and coordinate work through ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
• Design solution architectures and produce technical documentation, workflow diagrams and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, security and networking teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and technical discussions to ensure best practices and governance.
• Coordinate change management activities and oversee implementation schedules.
• Support incident, problem and root‑cause analysis, driving service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor service delivery metrics and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive automation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands‑on support with cloud platforms, scripting, infrastructure validation and CI/CD pipelines when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform or infrastructure operations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or similar ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containerization and cloud‑native technologies.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps or ITIL‑based environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
