DevOps Support Engineer

About the role

IN Groupe is seeking a DevOps Support Engineer passionate about automation, reliability, and operational excellence. You will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of application platforms and CI/CD pipelines while supporting development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for application platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure environments.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to applications, deployments, cloud services, and infrastructure.
• Maintain, optimize, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment processes, testing activities, and operational tasks.
• Manage and support cloud and on‑premise environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance and implement monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Apply security best practices and support compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting: Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
