Digital Advertising Associate (Paid)

About the role

We are a US‑based media agency seeking a Digital Advertising Associate to own the hands‑on execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and related platforms. This is a full‑time, permanent remote position for candidates with 1‑2 years of proven campaign experience ready to take on greater ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Digital Specialists and Strategists to launch and manage paid campaigns for multiple client accounts.
• Build, update and maintain campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising and other agency platforms.
• Monitor pacing, spend, delivery and performance against objectives, flagging unusual results or risks.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor and pre‑campaign research and upload creative, budgets, targeting and tracking parameters.
• Create and maintain client reporting dashboards in Looker Studio and implement UTM parameters, conversion events, pixels and tags.
• Assist with Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementation, validation and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building, managing or optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Practical Google Ads experience beyond coursework or certifications.
• Hands‑on experience in Meta Ads Manager (not limited to boosted posts).
• Strong attention to detail, ability to spot data or tracking issues and investigate them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to manage multiple client deadlines.
