Digital Growth Strategist (SEO, Paid Media & AI Search)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Growth Strategist to help our clients get found, trusted, and chosen across traditional search, AI‑driven answer engines, and paid channels. The role is fully remote and focuses on executing and shaping SEO, AI Optimization (AIO), content, and paid media strategies for a portfolio of B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and refine SEO, AIO, and paid media strategies to increase qualified traffic and demand generation.
• Conduct keyword, topic, and search‑intent research, including conversational AI queries.
• Perform technical SEO audits, implement schema markup, improve site speed, and optimize internal linking.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, managing budgets and ROAS.
• Monitor client visibility across Google, AI Overviews, and major AI answer engines and report changes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience with a strong foundation in SEO and hands‑on paid media, preferably B2B or agency work.
• Proven track record of improving organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Curiosity about AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and ability to stay current with evolving algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.

Required skills

• SEO fundamentals and technical SEO (site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup).
• Paid media platforms: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Analytics tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio.
• SEO tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Yoast or Rank Math.
• WordPress CMS.
• AI tools for research and automation (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity).
