Digital Marketing & Restaurant Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, highly organized, and AI‑savvy specialist to support a growing multi‑location restaurant chain based in Washington State, USA. The role combines social media management, graphic design, digital advertising, online delivery platforms, reservations, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profiles; create graphics, reels, videos, and promotional content.
• Plan and execute social media calendars, Meta Ads, and Google Ads to improve visibility and acquisition.
• Oversee Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other delivery platforms, updating menus, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle reservations, respond to reviews and customer messages in professional English, and maintain customer records.
• Create promotional materials, menus, and digital ads using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Canva AI to boost productivity and automate content creation.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong graphic design and visual content creation skills.
• Advanced experience with AI applications.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work during US Pacific Time business hours.
• Based in Colombia or Mexico.
