Senior Associate, Paid Social

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Social to lead and optimise paid social campaigns for global clients. The role involves end‑to‑end campaign management, performance analysis and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat and Pinterest.
• Monitor pacing, budgets and delivery to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
• Analyse performance data, audience insights and platform metrics to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support billing, reconciliation and financial tracking for campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2+).
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience with TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads or Pinterest Ads.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
