Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator for iRoofing, you will bring the brand to life across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other digital channels. You will create engaging content, manage community interaction, support product launches and events, and execute paid advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar and produce posts, graphics, reels, short‑form videos and stories.
• Appear on camera to create personality‑driven video content for product highlights, event coverage and industry topics.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, monitoring budgets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success teams on integrated campaigns, webinars, trade shows and partnerships.
• Track and report on social media and advertising performance, using analytics to recommend improvements and grow audience, engagement and lead generation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing or paid media.
• Strong writing, storytelling and English communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering brand‑aligned video content.
• Experience creating short‑form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and work independently while collaborating with global teams.
