Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid - Medellin)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. The role requires creativity, analytical ability, and strategic vision to drive ROI for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across Meta and Google Ads to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to identify optimal approaches.
• Perform asset testing to determine top‑performing images, videos, and copy variations.
• Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Provide regular performance reports and optimization suggestions to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads formats such as Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines while delivering high‑quality work.

• Google Analytics (GA4) – preferred
