Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency. You will develop, execute, and optimise campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and other platforms.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and technical SEO recommendations.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage social media content calendars and collaborate with designers and copywriters on campaign assets.
• Conduct competitor research, market analysis and audience segmentation.
• Optimise landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content, email and social media marketing.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
