Digital Media Buyer (Performance Marketing)

About the role

WITHIN, a performance branding company, is looking for a Digital Media Buyer in Bogotá to run performance marketing across several channels. The role is entry level, fully in-office and requires on-site availability five days a week. A 2-month paid development and probation program provides hands-on training and assessment before working independently on client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a diverse portfolio of clients and communicate with them by email and meetings
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies
• Create and optimise paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing)
• Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights
• Analyse cross-channel data, support A/B testing and consumer research, and recommend creative and copy changes
• Use AI tools and proprietary technology to speed up campaign analysis, reporting and client communication

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in performance-driven digital marketing and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Curiosity about AI tools; prior use is a plus, openness to learning is required
