Digital Media Strategist (Performance Branding)

About the role

WITHIN is looking for a Digital Media Strategist to lead integrated campaigns across social, search and display channels. You will work directly with a portfolio of clients, turning performance data into actionable marketing strategies that blend branding and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns for assigned clients.
• Analyse performance data, conduct A/B tests and provide insights to improve ROI.
• Communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients in written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with creative, media and account teams to align strategies with client objectives.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Implement proprietary technology and best‑practice processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably managing Facebook and Google Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of Excel, including conditional statements, pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
