Digital Project Manager

About the role

Publicis Production is looking for a Digital Project Manager to act as the operational single point of contact between clients and internal teams. The role focuses on delivering e‑commerce and point‑of‑sale materials for retail platforms, ensuring quality, brand compliance, and timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the operational SPOC for assigned clients, liaising between client and internal teams.
• Receive, clarify, and manage briefs, feedback, and approvals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workflows to guarantee aligned execution.
• Track tasks, deliverables, and operational risks using Asana or Monday.com.
• Oversee production of e‑commerce assets (images, A+ content, banners) and validate format compliance.
• Support the upload of materials to retailer platforms.
• Prepare operational status reports and document scope changes and key decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in account management, operations, or e‑commerce roles within advertising or marketing agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Native Spanish speaker with English level B2 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of the e‑commerce sector and ability to manage client relationships.
• Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com.
