Director of Marketing Services Product Management - Latin America & Caribbean

About the role

Mastercard's Services organization drives growth through innovative solutions for its customers, and the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products addressing dynamic market needs. This role is a regional product lead for Latin America and the Caribbean, overseeing product solutions and P&L management for CA&E products and platforms, including Marketing Services. The person will act as an expert on the Marketing Services product, scale it across the region, and work closely with commercialization counterparts and regional and global product leads.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for Marketing Services and Personalization, bringing the global product to the region, including use cases and the global roadmap
• Budget and forecast tracking
• Lead product localization and go-to-market strategy, including managing the Studio process (including pricing)
• Close involvement on pilots and vendor/partner management, including offers sourcing in the market
• Act as regional subject matter expert: map the competitive landscape and regional pain points and needs
• Deliver training and educational sessions for Account Managers and Sales, measure value and articulate impact
• Work with Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads and Account Managers to ensure products fit the broader solutions portfolio

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product, sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth
• Extensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets
• Senior subject matter expert able to navigate complex deals and engage executive-level clients
• International and matrixed organizational experience highly desirable
