About the role
Ace Link Solutions is looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead its Colombia Load Planning team that supports a U.S.-based asset carrier (AGM Transport). This senior‑level position combines hands‑on dispatch oversight with strategic leadership, requiring the ability to drive operational excellence while collaborating closely with U.S. leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the Colombia Load Planning team.
- Oversee daily load planning and dispatch operations for U.S. trucking assets.
- Drive equipment utilization, service performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs, implement continuous‑improvement initiatives, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Safety, Billing and U.S. Operations.
- Manage escalations and critical service issues.
- Maintain strong communication and alignment with U.S. leadership.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in U.S. trucking or transportation operations.
- Experience leading dispatch, load planning or fleet operations.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- Strong decision‑making, communication and accountability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms.
