Domain Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Domain Technical Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end technical projects for small to medium EPC deployments, ensuring seamless delivery from preparation through customer acceptance and ongoing care. You will act as the primary technical interface for customers and internal stakeholders, driving quality, risk mitigation, and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all technical activities for EPC projects, overseeing planning, deployment, acceptance, and handover to operations.
• Provide technical leadership as the first escalation point, handling network implementation, system acceptance, multi‑vendor interface verification, fault management, preventive care, and hardware/software updates.
• Conduct technical risk analysis, propose mitigation actions, validate workload, and allocate resources for technical tasks.
• Ensure network availability, identify contract expansion opportunities, and support solution managers in solution reviews.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of relevant technical project management experience, preferably with PaCo technologies.
• Graduate degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong background in technical support services and customer interaction.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently under pressure.
