Drayage Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Drayage Coordinator to join our team and support daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient container movement and timely communication with customers, drivers, and ports.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor drayage shipments from ports, rail yards, and customer facilities.
• Schedule appointments and dispatch drivers according to operational needs.
• Track container movement and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain communication with carriers, drivers, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage documentation related to drayage operations, including delivery orders and container information.
• Handle escalations, delays, and operational issues while providing effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and operational procedures.
• Support daily reporting and maintain accurate shipment records.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in drayage, logistics, or transportation operations.
• B2-C1 English level proficiency.
• Availability to work different shifts or weekends if needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of port and container operations (preferred).
