Driver Recruiter – Bilingual (English B2–C1)

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Driver Recruiter to support the growth of our U.S.-based trucking clients. The role is remote but based in Bogotá, and it is ideal for energetic professionals who enjoy high‑activity environments and are motivated by performance‑based earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage driver recruiting pipelines for U.S. trucking clients.
• Contact, qualify, and engage driver leads via phone, conduct structured interviews and overcome objections.
• Drive consistent follow‑ups and candidate conversions while maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Collaborate with client teams to meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• English level B2 minimum, C1 preferred.
• Background in sales, call‑center or high‑volume phone roles; recruiting experience is a plus.
• Must live in Bogotá and be available for occasional on‑site work.
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM.
