DTC Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DTC Growth Marketer to own the full performance‑marketing stack for a multi‑brand premium bedding company. You will scale the direct‑to‑consumer channel from the ground up, driving revenue, CAC and ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid‑media strategy (Meta + Google) and spend $3K–$15K/month.
• Build, launch and test full‑funnel campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Shopping, Search, Performance Max).
• Daily optimization of ad accounts, making data‑driven decisions to improve CAC, ROAS and overall revenue.
• Collaborate with an AI operations agent for analytics, reporting, competitor intelligence and strategic specifications.
• Turn data‑driven growth strategies into live, profitable campaigns and conversion‑rate improvements.

Required profile

• Expertise in Shopify, paid media, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in SEO, Meta Business Manager, data analysis and conversion‑rate optimization.
• Conversational English.
• Ability to work remotely across the listed eligible countries.
