E-commerce Content Operation Specialist

About the role

Huawei is recruiting an E-commerce Content Operation Specialist through its partner H-Partners. The role covers Spanish and Portuguese content for the Latin American e-commerce market, including product pages, marketing campaigns and live-streaming support. It is a fully onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Write and adapt Spanish and Portuguese copy for product detail pages and marketing campaign pages, and optimise existing content so the brand tone fits local consumer habits.
• Take part in live-stream planning, draft scripts and optimise host talking points, and coordinate with the video team on content creation and material preparation.
• Track and analyse key content metrics (reach, completion rate, engagement rate, click-through rate, conversion rate) and use them to refine content direction and publishing strategy, delivering monthly performance reports.
• Build and maintain a brand content asset library (copy templates, visuals, video materials) and work with design, video and customer service teams on content initiatives.

Required profile

• 1-2 years or more of experience in content operations, social media operations or e-commerce.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Spanish speaker; conversational English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• Familiar with the content logic and operational strategies of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Required skills

• Writing copy for product detail pages, creating short video scripts or designing live-streaming scripts.
• Ability to turn product selling points into content that appeals to local consumers.
• Basic data analysis skills and ability to adjust content strategy based on metrics such as conversion and engagement rates.
