About the role

Zion School, a Christian educational institution, is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join its bilingual program in Chia, Cundinamarca. The role involves creating and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences that support the holistic development of young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
• Create artistic, play‑based classroom activities aligned with the school’s Christian values.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well‑organized learning environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to families.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to integrate bilingual and creative approaches.
• Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and experience in an educational setting.
• Creativity and ability to design engaging, artistic learning activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for classroom management and documentation.
• Relevant teaching certification or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with bilingual or English‑language instruction and familiarity with Christian education values (beneficial).
