Email Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Email Marketing Coordinator to join our Bogotá office and help hospitality and tourism brands deliver engaging email campaigns. The role combines copywriting, design, and data management to ensure high‑performing, on‑brand communications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager and Account Service team to build and launch client email campaigns using Tambourine’s proprietary drag‑and‑drop builder.
• Design email graphics, image assets, and simple animated GIFs while adhering to each client’s brand standards.
• Write compelling email copy, subject lines, and preview text to maximize open and click‑through rates.
• Maintain clean, accurate email databases using list‑scrubbing tools to support deliverability and sender reputation.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks for design accuracy, mobile responsiveness, grammar, link functionality, and UTM tracking before deployment.
• Schedule and deploy campaigns across various platforms with precision.
• Serve as the final quality gatekeeper, ensuring each email aligns with client goals and brand vision.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in email, digital, or CRM marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong copywriting ability adaptable to different brand voices.
• Basic understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing email databases and maintaining list hygiene.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail in design, layout, grammar, links, and overall campaign quality.
