Engagement Manager

About the role

The Engagement Manager will lead the global consultant experience at Aditi Consulting, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing communication, and strong community ties. This role acts as the operational bridge between external consultants and internal teams, driving engagement through a vibrant technical events calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the global technical events calendar, including tech talks, hackathons, webinars and meet‑ups.
• Manage the full consultant lifecycle: onboarding, regular communication, feedback collection and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with global operations, talent acquisition and cross‑functional stakeholders to align engagement activities.
• Develop and maintain community assets such as newsletters, engagement platforms and surveys.
• Track, analyse and report engagement metrics (participation rates, NPS, satisfaction scores) to leadership.
• Support consultant sourcing and pipeline development in partnership with talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong global communication skills.
• Proven experience in community management, technical event coordination or consultant/talent engagement.
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination abilities in multicultural, distributed environments.
• Data‑oriented mindset with comfort tracking KPIs and presenting insights.

• Event management platforms such as Eventbrite, Bevy or Hopin.
