Engineering Manager – eCommerce Platform

About the role

Kaseya is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing eCommerce engineering team. The role will drive the transition of the eCommerce platform from NetSuite to Salesforce B2B Commerce and ensure the platform becomes a primary sales and self‑service channel.

Key responsibilities

• Define, build, and scale an eCommerce engineering team of 5–20+ members across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
• Own delivery for the existing NetSuite eCommerce platform and manage the migration to Salesforce B2B Commerce while maintaining service continuity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, eCommerce leaders, and Salesforce architects to set platform architecture, design standards, and roadmap.
• Oversee ERP and systems integration design, linking Salesforce with NetSuite, Oracle, and MuleSoft‑based APIs.
• Drive an iterative, Agile/DevOps delivery model to accelerate platform maturity and time‑to‑value.
• Provide hands‑on guidance on CX design, UI/UX standards, and front‑end architecture decisions.
• Represent engineering in product planning, roadmap discussions, and executive updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce platforms, especially B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud.
• Hands‑on Salesforce development or architecture background (Apex, LWC, platform configuration).
• Strong engineering management experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling distributed teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
• Experience with ERP integration, particularly NetSuite or Oracle, in a commerce context.
