Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

SellCord is a fast‑growing agency that helps brands succeed on Walmart Marketplace. As an Enterprise Account Manager you will own a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving performance on the platform. You will work closely with internal teams to launch products, execute strategies, and maintain regular communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support US‑based Account Managers in day‑to‑day operations of enterprise accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, updates, and ongoing communication via email and calls.
• Lead client meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and follow‑up materials.
• Prepare performance reports, replenishment analyses, and meeting recaps.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure timely execution of internal tasks.
• Partner with advertising teams to monitor and improve campaign performance.
• Track sales data and KPIs to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client‑facing role, preferably in e‑commerce, marketing or sales.
• Experience supporting large or complex accounts is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
• Familiarity with Slack for team communication.
